工作温度对压力喷涂二硫化钼涂层摩擦学性能的影响

【摘要】 采用压力喷涂方法在SUS316不锈钢基材上制备二硫化钼(Mo S2)涂层,并在往复滑动球-平面配副下测试工作温度对其摩擦学性能的影响。实验结果表明:工作温度对Mo S2涂层的摩擦学性能有极大的影响,在100~300℃之间,涂层呈现出较好的减摩性,而在100~200℃之间耐磨性最好,300℃时涂层寿命急剧降低。综合考虑,压力喷涂Mo S2涂层最适合的工作温度范围为100~200℃。

【Abstract】 MoS2 coating was deposited on SUS 316 stainless steel substrate by pressure spraying,and the effect of working temperature on its tribological properties was investigated using a linear reciprocating tribometer. The test results show that the tribological properties of MoS2 coating strongly depend on the test temperature. The coating presents good friction reduction under the working temperature of 100 ~ 300 ℃,the best durability under the working temperature of 100 ~ 200℃,and at the working temperature of 300 ℃ the lifetime of the coating is rapidly decreased. Therefore,the optimal working temperature of pressure sprayed MoS2 coating is 100 ~ 200 ℃.
