酚醛树脂多孔微球制备工艺研究

【摘要】 合成了甲阶酚醛树脂,并以六次甲基四胺为固化剂,正硅酸乙酯和聚丙烯酸为乳化分散体系,乳液固化酚醛树脂,得到多孔微球。采用正交实验法通过比表面积测定研究了苯酚与甲醛物质的量配比、固化剂添加量、反应时间与反应温度对反应的影响。结果表明,最佳条件为:苯酚与甲醛物质的量比为1∶1.7,固化剂用量4 g,反应温度90℃,反应时间180 min,得到的酚醛树脂多孔微球比表面积为57.4 m2/g。此外,通过红外谱图对酚醛树脂的结构进行了表征,确定了酚醛树脂中主要官能团的位置,并对酚醛树脂的合成和固化反应机理进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The resole resin was synthesized and then the porous microspheres were obtained by emulsion cured of resole resin using hexamethylenetetramine as curing agent,TEOS and polyacrylic acid as emulsifying system. The effects of molar ratio of phenol to formaldehyde,curing agent amount,reaction time and reaction temperature on the reaction were investigated by the testings of specific surface area with orthogonal experimental method. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as followed:molar ratio of phenol to formaldehyde 1 ∶ 1.7,curing agent amount 4 g,reaction temperature 90 ℃ and reaction time 180 min. The specific surface area of phenolic resin porous microspheres was 57.4 m2/g. In addition,the structure of phenolic resins were characterized by FT-IR and position of the main functional groups were determined.The synthesis and curing reaction mechanism of phenolic resin were also discussed.
