DOPO型无卤阻燃环氧树脂体系的增韧改性研究

【摘要】 采用环氧E51树脂(EP),DOPO型含磷环氧树脂(DOPO-EP)及核壳橡胶(CSR)制得增韧无卤阻燃环氧体系。采用示差扫描量热分析,热重分析,阻燃性能及力学性能测试研究了CSR含量对体系性能的影响。研究表明:磷质量分数1.5%的EP/DOPO-EP/CSR-EP体系的UL 94燃烧等级为V-0,极限氧指数值为33~34,具有优良的阻燃性能。加入CSR后EP/DOPO-EP/CSR-EP体系的热分解温度略有上升,玻璃化温度升高。随着CSR含量增加,EP/DOPO-EP/CSR-EP体系的冲击强度与断裂伸长率以及拉伸强度逐渐增大,当CSR质量分数为5%时,体系的拉伸强度出现极大值。CSR的加入使体系的弯曲性能下降。

【Abstract】 The toughened flame retardant epoxy systems were prepared by E51 epoxy resin(EP),DOPO type phosphorus-containing epoxy resin(DOPO-EP)and the core shell rubber(CSR). The effect of CSR content on the system performance was investigated by DSC,TGA,flame retardancy and mechanical performance tests. The results showed that the EP / DOPO-EP / CSR-EP system with 1.5%phosphorus had excellent flame retardant properties. The UL 94 combustion rating was V-0 and limiting oxygen index value was 33- 34.The thermal decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature of EP / DOPO-EP / CSR-EP system were increased by the addition of CSR. The impact strength,elongation at break and the tensile strength of the EP / DOPO-EP / CSR-EP system were gradually increased with the increasing of CSR content. The tensile strength of the system with 5% CSR reached the maximum value. The bending properties of the system were decreased by the addition of CSR.
