钼酸锌晶体生长与发光特性研究
Growth and Luminescence Properties of ZnMoO4 Crystal
【摘要】 采用垂直坩埚下降法生长出黄棕色ZnMoO4晶体,通过X射线粉末衍射和差热分析证实了所获晶体的结晶物相和熔融特性;测试了晶体试样的紫外可见透射光谱和光致发射光谱及其发光衰减时间,就晶体试样在21300K温度范围的变温发光特性进行了系统表征。结果表明,所获晶体试样在可见光区具有良好光学透过性,在紫外光激发作用下,该晶体具有发光峰值位于黄橙光区的荧光发射;证实了该晶体的发光性能随同环境温度呈现明显规律性变化,在100 K低温下该晶体具有最大的相对荧光强度,其发光衰减时间约10 ms。
【Abstract】 ZnMoO4 crystal boule with yellowish brown color was grown by vertical Bridgman process. The crystalline phase and melting behavior of as-gown crystal was verified by X-ray powder diffraction analysis and differential thermal analysis. The UV-visible transmission spectrum and photonic stimulated luminescence spectra together with luminescence decay time of the crystal wafer were measured. The photonic stimulated luminescence properties of the crystal wafer at different temperatures in the range of21-300 K were characterized systematically. The results show that the crystal sample presents a desirable optical transmittance in the visible light region. Under the ultraviolet photonic excitation,the crystal shows a fluorescent emission with a luminescence peak located in yellowish orange light region. It has been confirmed that the luminescence properties of the crystal exhibits a regular change with the measuring temperature. The crystal possesses the maximum relative luminescence intensity with luminescence decay time of 10 ms at the temperature of 100 K.
