基于Voronoi法和随机法的微纳米复合陶瓷刀具材料微观结构建模

【摘要】 为了表征微纳米复合陶瓷刀具材料微观结构随机性特征,提出一种基于Voronoi法和随机法构建材料微观结构模型的方法。首先研究了Vononio法和随机法的建模原理;然后使用Voronoi法构建陶瓷刀具材料的基体微观结构,再使用随机法构建陶瓷刀具材料的增强相和纳米颗粒;最后基于Matlab和VC++平台开发微纳米复合陶瓷刀具材料的微观结构建模软件。结果表明:构建的微纳米复合陶瓷刀具材料微观结构模型能够表征晶粒的平均粒径及其分布、晶粒形心位置分布、增强相的体积分数和纳米相的粒径及体积分数等微观结构参数,反映了材料真实的微观结构。

【Abstract】 In order to characterize the randomness of microstructure of micro-nano-composite ceramic materials,a modeling method was proposed in the present work. The microstructure of ceramic tool materials was established using the proposed modeling method on the basis of the Voronoi Tessellation hybrid random algorithms. Firstly,the modeling theories of Voronoi Tessellation and random algorithms were analyzed. Secondly,the microstructure of the ceramic material matrix was modeled by means of Voronoi Tessellation,and the secondary phase and the nano-scale particle were constructed by random algorithms. Finally,a microsructure modeling software for micro-nano-composite ceramic tool materials was developed based on Matlab and VC + +. The results show that the grain diameter distribution,the grain centroid distribution,the secondary phase volume fraction and the nano-scale particle volume fraction of the ceramic tool materials can be characterized in the proposed model,and the actual microstructure features of material can be reflected.
