【摘要】 【目的】探讨综合护理干预对高血压患者生活质量的影响。【方法】将120例原发性高血压病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予常规降压药治疗护理,观察组在此基础上实施综合护理干预,包括:膳食护理、运动调护、情绪调护、用药护理等。于干预前后分别用中医症状分级量化积分表和世界卫生组织(WHO)生活质量评定表(QOL-BREF)对2组患者进行测评,连续观察3个月后,比较2组患者在血压控制、临床症状、生活质量方面的变化情况。【结果】(1)干预后,2组收缩压和舒张压均显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组改善收缩压和舒张压的作用均优于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)干预后,2组中医症状分级量化积分和QOL-BREF总分均显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组改善中医症状及生活质量的作用均优于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】综合护理干预能有效减轻高血压症状,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients suffering from hypertension. Methods A total of 120 cases of essential hypertension were evenly randomized into observation group and control group. Both groups received conventional antihypertensive drug and nursing, and additionally, the observation group was given intervention of comprehensive nursing including dietary regulation, exercise training, emotional care and medication instruction. The intervention lasted 3months. Before and after the intervention, traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) symptom classifying list and World Health Organization( WHO) QOL-BRIEF were applied to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups. The changes of blood pressure, clinical manifestation and the quality of life were also compared between the two groups. Results(1) After intervention, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were both improved in the two groups( P <0.05 or P <0.01 compared with those before treatment), and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.01).(2) After intervention, the scores of TCM symptom scores and QOL-BRIEF total scores were improved in the two groups( P <0.05 or P <0.01 compared with those before treatment), and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.01).
