【Abstract】 In view of the deterioration of marine fishery resources and ecosystem in Zhejiang fishing ground, we introduce the concept of marine Ecosystem-based management, and expound the basic concepts,objectives, principles and necessity of EBM on the Zhejiang fishing ground.
