【摘要】 目的探讨无偿献血工作中采血不足量的影响因素及相应的对策。方法收集肇庆市2013年1-12月期间采血不足量的无偿献血者资料,按不同献血环境、采血护士、献血者职业、性别、献血经历、文化程度进行分类,使用多因素Logistic回归分析。结果在34 579人次无偿献血者中,发生采血不足量282例,发生率为0.82%。其中献血环境、献血经历、献血人群指标结果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),献血者性别、文化程度和采血护士差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改善献血服务设施、营造良好的献血环境;加强无偿献血知识的宣传普及和献血者献血过程的心理护理,对降低采血不足量的发生,减少血液资源的浪费有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influencing factors of insufficient blood collection and adopt the corresponding countermeasures in voluntary blood donation. Methods The data of voluntary blood donors with insufficient blood collection were collected from January to December in 2013. The data were classified and analyzed according to the different blood donation environment, nurses working experiences, and occupation, gender, level of education and blood donation experiences of the donors. Results The incidence of insufficient blood collection was 0.82%(282 / 34 579),which was obviously related with the blood donation environment, occupation of donors and blood donation experiences,and the difference had statistically significant(P <0.05). The differences of nurse working experience, sex and level of education of donors were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusions Taking corresponding countermeasures, such as improving the facilities and environment for blood donation,strengthening the nursing skills training to improve the blood donation services quality and the blood donation propaganda can reduce the incidence of insufficient blood collection significantly and save blood sources.更多还原
