【摘要】 目的探索阴道毛滴虫混悬液制作薄膜的方法。方法离心沉淀收集培养的阴道毛滴虫。运用计数载玻片制作虫膜,干燥、固定、染色。结果阴道毛滴虫虫体形态特征明显,核、轴柱、前鞭毛、后鞭毛、波动膜等清晰可见。结论该染色方法制作的阴道毛滴虫染色标本质量好,虫体各部位结构清晰。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a method for making thin film of Trichomonas vaginalis by mixed suspension. Methods Trichomonas vaginalis cells in culture were collected by centrifugal precipitation.Slide film was made by counting,drying, fixing and staining. Result The morphological characteristics of Trichomonas vaginalis-nuclear, columella,anterior flagella, posterior flagellum and fluctuations of the membrane were clearly visible. Conclusion The staining method for Trichomonas vaginalis can be used for making high quality specimens showing clear structures.更多还原
