【摘要】 目的探讨早发性冠状动脉疾病患者血清尿酸水平(SUA)与心血管风险的相关性。方法选取2010年6月至2014年9月海口市人民医院收治的760例早发性冠状动脉疾病患者血清尿酸水平作为研究对象,根据尿酸水平分为A组(SUA≤7.0 mg/dl)、B组(7.0 mg/dl<SUA≤8.0 mg/dl)及C组(SUA>8.0mg/dl),采用多因素分析探讨早发性冠状动脉疾病患者血清尿酸水平与心血管风险的相关性。结果 B组及C组较A组心血管事件发生率均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组心血管事件发生率明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);早发性冠状动脉疾病患者血清尿酸水平与男性、TG、HDL-C、高血压史及高血脂症史存在明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论早发性冠状动脉疾病患者血清尿酸水平与心血管风险密切相关,对于早发性冠状动脉疾病患者应在控制尿酸水平的同时加强心血管风险的防治,进而提高患者远期生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of serum uric acid and cardiovascular risk in patients with early-onset coronary artery disease. Method 760 patients with early-onset coronary artery disease were selected and divided into group A(SUA≤7.0 mg / dl), group B(7.0 mg / dl<SUA ≤8.0 mg / dl)and group C(SUA>8.0 mg / dl). The relationship of serum uric acid and cardiovascular risk profile in patients with early-onset coronary artery disease were determined by multiple factors analysis. Results Compared with group A, the incidence of cardiovascular events of group B and group C were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of cardiovascular events of ? group C was significantly higher than that of B group(P <0.05).The serum uric acid of patients with early-onset coronary artery disease was significantly associated with gender, TG, HDL-C, hypertension and hyperlipidemia(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum uric acid level had a strong correlation with cardiovascular risk in patients with early-onset coronary artery disease. It is beneficent to improve the quality of long-term survival by controlling the hyperuricemia and preventing the cardiovascular risk.更多还原
