【摘要】 目的了解珠海市香洲区集体儿童近10年来健康状况的变化趋势,为儿童保健管理工作提供科学的依据。方法对2005-2014年珠海市香洲区集体儿童健康状况资料进行统计分析,比较10年来儿童营养不良、肥胖、贫血、龋齿、视力异常等儿童常见疾病的变化趋势。结果珠海市香洲区近10年集体儿童的低出生体重检出率呈下降趋势,生长迟缓检出率呈上升趋势,营养不良检出率总体呈下降趋势(P<0.05),肥胖检出率呈缓慢上升趋势(P<0.05),贫血检出率呈下降趋势(P<0.05),龋齿检出率起伏不定,无明显趋势。结论珠海市香洲区集体儿童健康状况良好,今后集体儿童保健工作重点应在监测和管理生长迟缓、肥胖和龋齿的发生上。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the trend of collective children health status in Xiangzhou district of Zhuhai in recent 10 years, and provide the scientific basis for corresponding measures of children health care. Methods The data of collective children health status in Xiangzhou district of Zhuhai from 2005 to 2014 were statistical analyzed, and compared the trends of malnutrition, obesity, anemia, caries and abnormal vision. Results Thought the detection rate of low brith weight was on the decline and the detection rate of grow retardation was on the rise, the overall malnutrition rate showed a decreasing trend(P<0.05); the detection rates of obesity were increasing(P<0.05); the detection rates of obesity were decreasing(P<0.05);the detection rate of caries fluctuated and showed no obvious trend. Conclusion The collective children in Xiangzhou district of Zhuhai is in good health, but the grow retardation, obesity, caries of collective children healthcare should be emphasized in the future.更多还原
