【摘要】 目的了解东莞市2010—2014年加入国家免费艾滋病抗病毒治疗项目病例的入组特征、在治率及其影响因素,为提高抗病毒治疗效果提供依据。方法收集东莞市2010—2014年接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗病例的基本信息,分析其流行特征、在治率及其影响因素。结果 1 412例艾滋病抗病毒治疗病例平均年龄为(35.99±10.13)岁,80.17%为男性,已婚或者同居者占55.88%。经异性性传播和同性性传播分别为595例(占42.14%)和419例(29.67%)。治疗病例的基线CD4+T淋巴细胞计数的平均值是(218.93±123.35)个/μL。多因素logistic回归分析,50岁以下年龄段、同行/异性传播、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数水平在200~个/μL及治疗时间在1年内与艾滋病抗病毒治疗在治率的关系有统计学意义,是保护性因素。结论 2010—2014年东莞市艾滋病抗病毒治疗在治率维持在较高水平,应对年龄较大、CD4细胞水平低下及静脉吸毒病例加强治疗依从性教育,提高在治率,提高治疗质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and the related factors of maintenance rate ofHIV/AIDS patients who joined the national free antiretroviral treatment program(NFATP)in Dongguan city from 2010 to 2014,and to provide the evidence for improving the effectiveness of the treatment. Methods The data of HIV/AIDS patients whojoined the NFATP in Dongguan city in 2010—2014 were collected,and the epidemiological characteristics and the relatedfactors of maintenance rate were analyzed. Results The study enrolled 1 412 HIV/AIDS patients,with the average age of(35.99 ± 10.13)years old,of which 80.17% male and 55.88% married. A total of 595(42.14%)patients were infected byheterosexual transmission,while 419(29.67%)were transmitted by homosexual behaviors. The average value of CD4+Tlymphocyte count baseline was(218.93±123.35)/μL. In multi-factor logistic regression model,the protective factors were theages under 50 years old,infected by heterosexual or homosexual behaviors,CD4+cell counts above 200/μL and treatment timeless than 1 year,which were significantly associated with maintenance rate. Conclusion The maintenance rate of antiviraltreatment was high in Dongguan City from 2010 to 2014. Adherence education must be strengthened to improve themaintenance rate among the patients ages above 50 years old,CD4+cell counts below 50/μL,and infected by injection drug use.更多还原
