【摘要】 目的通过对河南省首批通过消除疟疾考核县(市、区)的考核评估结果分析,推动河南省消除疟疾工作进程。方法依据河南省消除疟疾考核评估方案,在全省28个县(市、区)开展消除疟疾考核评估。用多元线性回归方法分析考核评估中各措施与最终得分的关系。结果 28个县(市、区)连续4年均无当地疟疾病例报告,所有县(市、区)都撰写了"疟疾防治工作总结",并对历年来的资料进行了详实收集,部分单位制作了消除疟疾工作纪实片。28个县(市、区)均没有发现疟疾漏报和迟报现象,血片复核最高得分10.0分,最低得分8.0分,平均得分9.1分。考核评估综合得分最高分为99.5分,最低分为90.8分,综合得分平均分95.8分。各项得分中,对考核最终得分影响最大的是"血片复核"得分,其次是"保障措施"得分。结论 28个县(市、区)均通过了消除疟疾考核评估,通过考核评估发现的问题将是全省下步工作重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the result of assessment of malaria eliminating in 28 counties of Henan Province so as to promote the malaria control process in the malaria elimination stage in the whole province.Methods According to Henan provincial malaria elimination scheme,the assessment of elimination of malaria in 28 counties in this province were carried out.The relationship between various measures and the final scores were evaluated using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.Results There were no indigenous malaria cases reported in the 28 counties,all of the counties wrote the summary of the malaria prevention and control,and collected the historical data,some counties made the documentary of malaria prevention and control.The scores of the microscopy skills were all 20.Malaria diagnosis and treatment knowledge test were carried out in every county,the highest average score was 100.0,while the lowest average score was 88.5.No underreported malaria cases in all counties,the highest score of the blood smear checking was 10.0,the lowest was 8.0,while the average score was 9.1.The highest comprehensive scores was 99.5,the lowest was 90.8 while the average score was 95.8.The greatest impact on the examination score was the blood smear checking,the second was the safeguard measures.Conclusions The 28 counties were all achieved the criteria of elimination of malaria,and the problems arised during the assessment would be the focus work in next step.更多还原
