【摘要】 目的观察白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)在变应性鼻炎(AR)患者鼻粘膜中的表达,探讨其意义。方法 2013年6月~2014年6月,收集AR患者40例(AR组)和非AR患者25例(对照组),对其临床症状进行评分,测定每个受试者的血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)和嗜酸性粒细胞含量;取鼻粘膜组织,用免疫组织化学技术(IHC)检测IL-17A的表达,ELI-SA检测IL-17A的含量,分析鼻粘膜组织IL-17A的表达量与患者临床症状评分、血清中Ig E含量及血液中酸性粒细胞含量的相关性。结果 IL-17A主要在浸润的炎性细胞中表达,组织中IL-17A的表达量与AR的症状评分呈正相关(R2=0.815,P=0.001),与血清中Ig E含量不相关(R2=0.06,P=0.11),与血液中嗜酸性粒细胞含量不相关(R2=0.11,P=0.06)。结论在鼻腔黏膜上IL-17A的表达与变应性鼻炎的严重程度相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin- 17A(IL- 17A) in nasal mucosa of patients withallergic rhinitis(AR). Methods Forty patients with AR from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected as AR group andtwenty-five patients with non-AR(control group). The score of clinical symptoms were evaluated. And IL- 17 A expressionbetween two groups was detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC). The serum immunoglobulin E(Ig E) and IL- 17 A weredetected by ELISA to analyze the correlation between clinical symptoms score and IL-17 A expression.Results IL-17 A wasexpressed in inflammatory cells. The IL-17 A expression level were positively correlated with AR symptom scores(χ2= 0.815,P = 0.001), and was not related with serum Ig E levels(χ2= 0.06, P = 0.11) and was not related with serum eosinophil cellcontent(χ2= 0.11, P = 0.06). Conclusion IL-17 A expression in the nasal mucosa was associated with nasal severity ofallergic rhinitis.更多还原
