【摘要】 目的掌握海南省居民碘盐的食用情况和重点人群的碘营养水平,探讨碘营养评价指标,为及时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整碘缺乏病防治策略提供依据。方法在《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》的基础上,按照《海南省碘缺乏病监测方案》监测全省2011~2013年重点人群碘营养及相关健康状况,并分析其结果。结果 2011~2013年全省合格碘盐食用率分别为95.75%、95.74%、95.63%;儿童尿碘中位数分别为204.2μg/L、193.6μg/L、162.7μg/L;儿童甲肿率分别为0.16%、0.02%、0.10%;智商测试均数分别为95±16.6、104±15.5、102±15.4;孕妇尿碘中位数分别为145.9μg/L、144.0μg/L、124.5μg/L;哺乳期妇女尿碘中位数分别为159.1μg/L、143.0μg/L、135.3μg/L。结论海南省盐碘标准下调后,儿童碘营养适宜,孕妇碘营养不足;不同人群的碘营养状况不同,不能以儿童的碘营养水平代表全人群的碘营养状况,孕妇尿碘应纳入碘缺乏病监测指标体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To master the consumption of iodized salt by the residents, the iodine nutrition of the focuspopulations in Hainan, explore iodine nutrition evaluation index, and provide evidence for making strategies for prevention andcontrol of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD). Method From 2011 to 2013 the iodine nutrition and IDD of focus population inHainan province were surveyed according to Hainan provincial IDD monitoring scheme based on the national iodine monitoringprogram. Results From 2011 to 2013, qualified iodized salt consumption rate were 95.75%, 95.74% and 95.63%; Themedians of urine iodine of children were 204.2μg/L, 193.6μg/L, 162.7μg/L; children’s goiter rate were 0.16%,0.02%, 0.10%;IQ was( 95±16.6),(104±15.5) and(102±15.4). The medians of urinary iodine of pregnant women were 145.9μg/L, 144.0μg/Land 124.5μg/L and that of breast-feeding women were 159.1μg/L, 143.0μg/L and 135.3μg/L. Conclusion After down-regulation of the salt iodine standard, the children’s iodine nutrition is appropriate, that of the pregnant women is insufficient.The iodine nutritional status in different population is different and the iodine nutritional status of children should not be takenas the iodine nutrition levels for the whole population, and urine iodine of pregnant women should be included in the IDDmonitoring index system.更多还原
