微量Sc对Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 通过添加微量Sc,研究了Sc对Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,Sc添加量为0.2%(质量分数)时合金的性能最好,铸态抗拉强度达到188 MPa,比未添加Sc的合金提高了44.6%,断后伸长率为8%,显微硬度达到85.8 HV1。此外,加钪合金的晶粒尺寸为10μm,比未添加Sc的合金的晶粒明显细小。

【Abstract】 Effect of Sc on microstructure and properties of Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy was investigated by adding a trace of Sc to the alloy. The results show that the properties of the alloy with 0. 2%( by mass) Sc is the best,as-cast tensile strength being as high as 188 MPa and 44. 6% higher than that of the alloy without Sc,elongation being 8%,microhardness being 85. 8 HV1. Moreover,the grain size of the alloy with Sc is about 10 μm,being obviously finer than that of the alloy without Sc.
