企业核心员工激励机制构建研究

【摘要】 当前社会经济条件下,企业之间的竞争异常激烈,尤其是对核心员工的竞争。作为现代企业中最重要、最稀缺的资源之一,核心员工是构建企业核心竞争力的源泉。因此,企业要吸引和留住核心员工,减少由于核心员工的离职而带来的损失,应建立相应的激励机制。文章阐述核心员工的涵义及有关特征,对企业在激励核心员工过程中存在的薪酬体系不合理、培训制度不完善、绩效管理不规范以及激励方式单一等问题展开较为详尽的分析,同时构建了企业核心员工的激励机制,提出了坚持以人为本、按核心员工的需要进行激励以及物质激励和精神激励相结合等企业核心员工的激励原则。

【Abstract】 In the current social economy condition,the competition between enterprises is fierce,especially the competition of the core staff.As one of the most important and scarce resources in the modern enterprise is the headspring of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises to attract and retain key employees,reduce due to turnover of core staff loss should establish corresponding incentive mechanism;arouse the core staff’s potential constantly,for the enterprises to create a better performance.This paper expounds the meaning and characteristics of the core staff concerned,launched a more detailed analysis on existing in the process of enterprise core employee incentive problems,and to construct the incentive mechanism of enterprise core employees,puts forward to the enterprise core employees incentive countermeasures.
