工程实践能力助推工程技术创新研究
Engineering Practical Capacity Accelerate Technology Innovation
【摘要】 传统工程技术创新人才培养注重应试教育,实践教学学时少,人才培养计划缺乏特色,教师队伍缺乏工程经验,导致大学生实践能力较差。现代工程技术创新人才培养必须重视工程实践,建立以实践教学为主线,专业能力培养为核心的新型工程人才培养模式。应在增强学生工程实践能力的基础上,紧密结合中国的具体国情,进一步明确工程训练中心的核心功能是提升学生的工程实践能力。只有具备工程实践能力才能助推工程技术创新。
【Abstract】 Traditional examination-oriented engineering technology talents cultivation programs lead to following problems:insufficient practical teaching hours,teachers lacking of engineering experience and students having poor practice capacity. Modern engineering technology talents cultivation programs should place great emphasis on engineering practice,focus on practice teaching,centre on cultivating specialty capacity. Universities should integrate teaching program with current situation of China,strengthening students’ engineering practice capacity. The key function of engineering training center is to strengthen students’ engineering practice capacity,Some typical cases of engineering practical capacity accelerating technology innovation are presented.This paper is concluded by a formula of engineering technology innovation.
