门座起重机圆筒门架方案设计及优化
Design and optimization of cylindrical portal option for gantry crane
【摘要】 以某港口重件码头门座起重机圆筒门架为对象,探讨了门座起重机圆筒门架设计的合理方案,利用APDL语言对其进行有限元参数化设计,实现了圆筒门架的快速建模和分析。在满足静力学要求前提下,对圆筒门架的结构尺寸和钢板厚度进行优化,得出最优设计方案,达到了圆筒门架轻量化的设计目标,具有重要的工程意义和实用价值。
【Abstract】 With the cylindrical portal of the gantry crane in certain heavy-lift wharf as the study object,the paper discusses the reasonable design scheme for the cylindrical portal of gantry crane. The finite element parametric design is performed using APDL language,to realize quick modeling and analysis for the cylindrical portal. Under the premise of meeting the statics requirement,the structure size of the cylindrical portal and thickness of the steel plate are optimized,in order to get the optimal design scheme and achieve the lightweight design goal,showing significant engineering meaning and practical value.
