【Abstract】 In the 1930’s, with Nazi’s rising power, the Soviet Union initiated Collective Security actively at first. But, to Naz-i’s aggression, England and French had different opinions. They did not pay much attention to Soviet ’s proposition. So, the Soviet Union gradually felt disappointed to Collective Security. In the end, it changed its foreign strategy in 1939 and signed the NaziSoviet Pact, by means of demarcating the sphere of influence to protect its security.更多还原
