【摘要】 目的:探讨为急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infaction,ACI)患者联用丹红注射液、依达拉奉进行治疗对其血清中超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)的影响。方法:对2011年~2013年期间我院收治的120例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这120例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各有60例患者。我院为对照组患使用依达拉奉进行治疗,为实验组患者在使用依达拉奉进行治疗(方法与对照组患者相同)的基础上,加用丹红注射液进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后其血清hs-CRP的水平和NIHSS的评分。结果:治疗前,实验组患者血清hs-CRP的水平和NIHSS的评分与对照组患者相比差异不明显(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。治疗后,两组患者血清hs-CRP的水平和NIHSS的评分均有明显的改善,且实验组患者血清hs-CRP的水平和NIHSS评分改善的程度明显优于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:为急性脑梗死患者联用丹红注射液、依达拉奉进行治疗,可以较好地抑制其炎症反应,降低其血清hs-CRP的水平,进而提高其治疗的效果。此治疗方法值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To investigate the curative effect, with Danhong Injection Combined with Edaravone, of treating acute cerebral infaction(ACI) and the serum level of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP). Methods : We enrolled 120 patients with ACI from neurology department in our hospital. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 patients each. The patients of control group had conventional treatment, at the same time with Edaravone and 100 ml 0.9% saline infusion everyday. Besides routine therapy the treated group used, the treatment of control group was combined with 30 ml Danhong Injection and 250 ml 0.9% saline infusion everyday. Both courses were 14 days. Before and after the therapeutic process,we observed serum levels of hs-CRP and NIHSS scores. Results : The differences of serum levels of hs-CRP and NIHSS scores after treatment were significantly better than before treatment of both the two groups(P < 0.05). The differences of serum levels of hs-CRP and NIHSS scores after treatment between the two groups were significant(P < 0.05)[(1.87±0.55)mg·ml-1,(2.52±0.64)mg·ml-1]vs[(7.95±3.12)mg·ml-1,(8.11±3.51)mg·ml-1,],[(6.9±3.7)points,(8.7±4.5)points]vs[(15.0±5.3)points,(16.1±5.5)points]. Conclusion :In the course of ACI,compared to regular dose of Edaravone,conventional treatment with Danhong injection can efficiently suppress inflammation and it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.更多还原
