反渗透膜组件用浓水隔网材料的双向拉伸工艺改进

【摘要】 开发了反渗透膜组件用浓水隔网材料专用双向拉伸定型技术及双向拉伸定型装置,使浓水隔网经双向拉伸成型为中间细、两端粗的双层平面网结构,实现浓水隔网丝束两端直径14.5±1 mil、中间直径12.5±1 mil的技术要求,精度与国外同类产品相当,达到国际先进水平。

【Abstract】 Special biaxial stretching technology and forming devices had been developed for concentrated water separation mesh used on reverse osmosis membrane components.With this stretching technology,a two-layer separation mesh structure was created that consists of mesh fibers thin in the middle of the mesh and thick on the edges, satisfying the technical specifications imposed on concentrated water separation mesh fiber diameters:14.5±1mil on the edges and 12.5±1mil in the middle.The precision is comparable to foreign competition products and the product reaches advanced international level.
