【摘要】 产业安全是在经济全球化持续推进和国际分工日益深化状况下,一个国家或地区经济可持续发展的现实问题。通过对浙江产业对外依存度、产业国际竞争力和产业控制力等相关指标的量化实证分析,结果显示,浙江产业的基本面总体上是安全的,但是,对于影响其健康发展的不安全问题及其隐患也应该引起足够的重视。这需要针对浙江产业结构转型期凸显的阶段性发展特点,充分发挥市场机制在社会主义经济体制改革推进中的主导功能,有效提高政府在保障产业安全中的法制意识和服务水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the trend of economic globalization and the deepening of international division,the industrial security is areal problem of maintaining sustainable economic growth for a nation or areas. According to the measure indicators ofindustrial security system,the empirical analysis shows that the industrial fundament of Zhejiang is safe,but we shouldpay attention to the insecurity and potential risk in industrial transformation. Take the characteristics of Zhejiang’sindustrial development into account, it needs to allow the market to play dominant role in the further development ofsocialist economic reform and improve the consciousness of law and service levels of local government in order to protectthe safety of local industries.更多还原
