冬虫夏草产量与寄主幼虫的相关性研究

【摘要】 本文通过从1996年-2014年18年间青海省三个不同地区冬虫夏草寄主幼虫密度调查变化结果分析,结合针对不同采挖强度对寄主幼虫密度的影响试验。结果表明:通过合理科学采挖寄主幼虫的密度有减缓下降的趋势;冬虫夏草产量与地下幼虫数量和感染情况密切相关。寄主幼虫的密度对冬虫夏草采挖活动最为敏感,可作为冬虫夏草产区生态环境质量监测和评价的首选指标。冬虫夏草采挖强度对草地植被的影响会同时影响到寄主幼虫密度,继而也会引起冬虫夏草产量的变化,但是,更进一步的结论需要在加密样地并采集样地详细的气象数据的基础上得出。此外,采挖活动的影响程度可能还与土壤理化性质有关,需要在进一步的研究中深入分析。

【Abstract】 The density change of Cordyceps sinensis host larvae between1996 and 2014 year has been surveyed in three different regions in Qinghai Province. The effect of different excavation intensive on the density of host larvae has been studied. The results showed that the scientific and reasonable excavation can slow the declining tendency of density. The yield of Cordyceps sinensis is closely related to the number of underground larvae and infection. The host larvae density is most sensitive to excavation activities, which can be used as the preferred index of cordyceps ecological environmental quality monitoring and evaluation. Cordyceps excavation intensive has effect on vegetation, it will also affect the host larvae density, which can also cause yield changes of Cordyceps sinensis. The further conclusions needs to be obtained in the wild fields based on collecting meteorological data. In addition, the influence degree of digging?activities?may also related to soil physico-chemical properties, we need in-depth analysis in further research.
