铁道货运棚车复合材料地板的结构设计及其有限元分析

【摘要】 参考P70型棚车现用的竹木复合板的尺寸参数作为设计依据,对应用于铁道货运棚车的玻璃纤维增强聚合物基复合材料地板进行结构设计,使其安全、有效地解决现用棚车地板存在的安全隐患和成本流失等问题。在结构设计过程中,改进了现有棚车地板的一些设计参数,着重对该复合材料地板进行表面的防滑设计、地板中空结构设计以及地板的连接设计等。在初定结构参数的基础上,用ANSYS软件建立地板结构模型,精确地分析相关参数设置的安全性,并最终确定结构设计参数。复合材料地板的主要设计参数:地板宽度为2660-2mm,长度:2 800 mm,总厚度:30 mm,开孔直径:21.26 mm,开孔间距:5mm,下表面的厚度:3.37 mm。

【Abstract】 Referring to the size parameters of bamboo-wood composite board used on P70 boxcar nowadays,it made a design of structure for the rail freight boxcar composite floor which is composed of glass fiber reinforced polymer matrix composites,making it more safe and effective to solve the security risks and the cost of the loss from the existing railway boxcar floor. In the structural design process,some of the design parameters of the existing boxcar floor were improved,focusing on the anti-slip design in the surface of composite floor,hollow structure of the floor and the connection design between the floor and the bottom of the vehicle. On the basis of some initial structural parameters of the floor,using a kind of software called ANSYS to establish a solid model of floor and check the strength and stiffness of the rail freight boxcar composite floor,then it can verify the security of related parameters,and ultimately determine the design parameters of the structure.The main parameters of this designed composite board are as follows: the width is 2660- 2mm,the length is 2 800 mm,the total thickness is 30 mm,the hole diameter is 21. 26 mm,the hole spacing is 5 mm,and the thickness of the lower surface is 3. 37 mm.
