【摘要】 为何传统中国曾拥有世界最辉煌的科技成果、而近代以来却是西方掌握了世界科技的领导权,是史称“李约瑟难题”的经典课题。本文从历史视角研究认为,推动科技发展的社会环境、科技教育环境,以及组织交流的学术环境三方面的落后严重影响了古代中国传统科技水平的不断提高,并在机制上阻碍了中国的传统科技很难发生自身变革转型为现代科技。随后,本文进一步提出这三方面都与政府对科技地位的认知和科技人才的使用态度息息相关的学术观点。在此观点的基础上,本文就我国当前建设支持创新驱动发展的创新环境建设提出了三点思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Needham puzzle is a classic topic in S&T&I studies.This research explores and believes that there are three factors that block off traditional Chinese S&T to transform into its modern stage by herself,i.e.,social,educational,organizational and communicational mechanisms.Furthermore,the research put forward that the above three factors is closely related with government’s attitude towards S&T and S&T professional talents.Finally,the paper gives the thinking and suggestions for the innovation environment construction in China.更多还原
