【摘要】 目的分析探讨JAK2V617F基因突变在骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MPN)中的表达水平和患者临床特征之间的关系,为疾病的临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法选择我院2012年1月至2014年12月之间收治的60例BCR-ABL呈阴性的MPNs患者作为观察组,以同期进行体检的10例健康人和12例慢性粒细胞白血病患者作为对照组,记录其血液学指标以及临床特征。结果对照组健康人均为阴性,60例BCRABL呈阴性的MPNs患者中有42例突变阳性,21例PV,15例ET以及6例PMF。突变阳性的PV患者相对于阴性患者的血小板计数以及白细胞计数显著上升、突变阳性的ET患者相对于突变阴性患者的血红蛋白和白细胞计数上升,同时,突变阳性的ET患者发生出血、血栓等并发症的几率更大。结论JAK2V617F基因突变对于BCR-ABL呈阴性的MPNs患者具有较高的检出结果,阳性表达能够作为疾病诊断和鉴别的重要依据之一,在判断患者的预后和预防并发症的发生方面具有较高的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationship between JAK2V617 F gene mutation in myeloproliferative neoplasms( MPN) expression level and clinical characteristics of patients with,and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods In 60 cases of BCR-ABL from our hospital in January 2012—2014 years 12 months showed negative MPNs patients as the observation group, the same examination of 10 cases of healthy people and 12 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia patients as control group,recording the blood index and clinical features. Results In the control group,42 cases of MPNs were negative,60 cases of BCR-ABL were negative,21 cases of PV,15 cases of ET,cases of and 6 cases of PMF. Mutation positive PV with respect to the patients with negative patients with platelet count and cell count was significantly increased,mutation positive ET patients with respect to the mutation negative patients with hemoglobin and white blood cell count increased. At the same time, the mutant positive ET patients occurred hemorrhage and thromboembolism complication probability is greater. Conclusions JAK2V617 F point mutation for bcr-abl showed negative MPNs patients has a higher detection results,the positive expression can as one of the important basis for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of diseases,in terms of the occurrence of judge the patient ’s prognosis and prevention of complications with high significance.更多还原
