【摘要】 目的探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者T波峰末间期(Tp-e)和Tp-e/QT与室性心律失常相关性。方法 MHD患者(研究组)和健康成人(对照组)各60例,研究组患者分为室性心律失常组(25例)和无室性心律失常组(35例),分析研究组和对照组,有、无室性心律失常组的Tp-e和Tp-e/QT。结果发现研究组的Tp-e、Tp-e/QT明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);MHD患者中室性心律失常组Tp-e/QT;Tp-e/QT均明显高于无室性心律失常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MHD患者Tp-e、Tp-e/QT比对照组延长,且与室性心律失常的发生存在密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients with T peak at the end of interval(Tp-e) and Tp-e / QT and ventricular arrhythmia correlation. Methods Maintenance hemodialysis patients(study group) and healthy adults(control group) 60 cases,the study group were divided into ventricular arrhythmia group(25 cases) and without ventricular arrhythmia group(35 cases),analyzed and researched the control group,Tp-e and Tp-e / QT showed no ventricular arrhythmia group.
