【摘要】 目的探讨改良护理告知方法对非计划性拔管的影响。方法对本院2014年1—6月留置管道患者,采用常规告知方法,对7—12月留置管道患者,采用改良告知方法。结果两种不同的告知方法所得结果比较,非计划性拔管总发生率由原来0.78%降至0.28%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对留置管道患者重点进行脱管风险告知,选择合适的告知时机和方式,告知对象包括患者和家属或陪护,对特殊患者进行强化告知,可有效减少非计划性拔管的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the improvement of the method for the notification the patients the nursing care impact the unplanned extubation. Methods For the patients with indwelling catheter of our hospital from January to June in 2014 using the conventional method to be informed; for the patients with indwelling catheter of our hospital from July to December in 2014,using the improved method to be informed. Results To compare the results of the two different ways to inform,the rate of the unplanned extubation fail from0. 78% to0. 28%,P < 0. 05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions To inform the patients with indwelling catheter the risk to take off the catheter with emphasis,we have to select the appropriate opportunity and manner,the object to inform including the Including patients and their families or escort,an intensive notification for the special patient can effectively reduce the rate of unplanned extubation.更多还原
