【摘要】 目的探讨对结肠镜检查患者应用FMEA(失效模式和效应分析)对检查前肠道准备进行护理以预防肠道准备失败的发生的效果。方法将预约行结肠镜检查的患者600例随机分成实验组和对照组各300例,对照组按结肠镜检查前肠道准备的护理常规进行护理,实验组在常规护理基础上应用FMEA进行护理:对患者可能发生肠道准备失败的失效模式及原因进行分析、评估,计算RPN(风险指数),制定落实前瞻性护理防范措施。结果对两组的肠道准备情况、检查时间、对检查的满意度进行评价及比较:实验组的肠道准备失败发生率明显低于对照组,肠道准备情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01);实验组的检查时间明显少于对照组(P<0.01);实验组对结肠镜检查的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中应用FMEA进行护理,能有效防范肠道准备失败的发生,保障肠道准备的效果,提高检查效率,减轻检查给患者造成的痛苦,提高患者对检查的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discussion the application effect of FMEA( failure mode and effect analysis)in nursing intestinal preparation before colonoscopy in order to prevent the occurrence of preparation failed.Methods Patients are randomly divided into 2 groups,experiment group and control group,300 cases in each group. Control group received routine nursing care when doing intestinal preparation,and experiment group applied FMEA on the basis of routine care,analyzed and evaluated the possible failure modes and reasons for patients who need intestinal preparation,calculate the RPN( risk index),formulated and implemented the prospective nursing prevention measures. Results Evaluation and comparison were done on intestinal preparation,detecting time and satisfaction of the two groups,we found that the incidence of failure of experiment group was lower than the control group. And the intestinal preparation in experiment group was significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 01). The inspection time in experiment group was less than the control group( P <0. 01),however,the satisfaction is higher than the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusions The application of FMEA in intestinal preparation before colonoscopy can effective against the incidence of intestinal preparation failure,ensure the efficacy of intestinal preparation,improve the inspection efficiency,reduce the pain and improve patient’s satisfaction.更多还原
