【摘要】 目的对比快速诊断筛检试剂与酶联免疫诊断试剂诊断HIV抗体的效果。方法分别采用两种诊断试剂对60例HIV抗体阳性样本和40例未知样本进行检测,并分析其各自的诊断评价指标。结果 ELISA试剂灵敏度、特异度、误诊率、漏诊率分别为96.67%、100.00%、0.00%、3.33%;EY试剂分别为93.22%、97.57%、2.43%、6.78%,两者诊断评价指标无统计学差异(P>0.05);随着血清中滴度的升高,ELISA试剂的HIV抗体阳性检出率高于EY试剂。结论 ELISA试剂具有较高灵敏度和特异度,检出率较高,EY试剂具有快速、简便的特点,在实际工作中应根据实验条件应灵活应用两种诊断试剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comparethe effect of rapid diagnostic reagents and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay diagnostic reagents for HIV diagnosing. Methods Two diagnostic reagents were used in 60 cases of HIV antibody positive samples and 40 cases of unknown samples for testing,and analyzing the diagnostic rating indexrespectively. Results Sensitivity,specificity,misdiagnosis rates and missed diagnosis rates of ELISA reagent were 96. 67%,100. 00%,0. 00%,3. 33%.
