【摘要】 目的探讨舌下特异性免疫疗法治疗儿童特应性皮炎的临床疗效。方法选择170例儿童特应性皮炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各85例。对照组采用常规抗过敏治疗,治疗组给予舌下特异性免疫疗法。观察两组患儿临床症状改善情况及治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(94.12%vs 76.47%),皮损面积、皮损严重程度、瘙痒感明显低于对照组(1.11±0.38 vs 1.46±0.54,2.03±0.54 vs 3.01±0.78,0.88±0.05 vs 1.09±0.28)。结论舌下特异性免疫疗法有助于改善儿童特应性皮炎临床症状,提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of specific immune therapy under the tongue in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis. Methods 170 children with atopic dermatitis were as the research objects,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,85 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received conventional anti allergy treatment, patients in the treatment group received sublingual specific immune therapy.
