【摘要】 目的通过对呼吸内科患者跌倒事件原因分析,探讨患者跌倒预防对策,降低住院患者跌倒的发生率。方法回顾性调查研究,对2010年1月至2014年8月住院患者中所发生的8起跌倒事件进行原因分析。结果住院患者的跌倒发生与年龄、发生时间、人力因素密切相关,环境、疾病、药物因素也很关键。结论对住院患者进行跌倒高危风险评估,并对高危患者加强监控及宣教,可降低住院患者跌倒的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through event reason falls on respiratory patients in the Department of internal medicine analysis,to explore the preventive measures of fall patients,reduce incidence of falls in patients in hospital. Methods A retrospective study,from January to 2014 of 2010 August hospitalized patients during 8fall incident root cause analysis. Results Hospitalized patients falls with age,time of occurrence,human factors are closely related,environmental,disease,drug factors was the key. Conclusions The high risk of falls risk assessment in hospitalized patients,and to strengthen the monitoring and education for high-risk patients,can reduce the incidence of falls in patients.更多还原
