【摘要】 目的探讨CT三维重建技术在肾盂癌中的应用。方法运用64排螺旋CT扫描速度高,后处理强大的功能,对6例肾盂癌进行MPR、CPR及VR重建。结果病变部位:左侧4例,右侧2例;病变范围:累及肾盏、肾实质3例,累及输尿管2例;合并肾静脉癌栓1例,腹膜后淋巴结肿大1例.MPR重建显示:肾盂腔内软组织块影,密度略低于肾实质,高于尿液;肾盂壁不规则增厚、管腔狭窄;VR显示肾盂、肾盏的破坏及充盈缺损。结论螺旋CT,特别是CT增强延迟尿路造影重建技术在肾盂癌的检查中作用显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper was to investigate the application of 3D CT reconstruction technique in renal pelvic carcinoma. Methods Using the 64 slice spiral CT to reconstruct MPR,CPR and VRin 6 cases of renal pelviscarcinoma patients. Results The lesions: 4 cases of leftand 2 cases ofright. Lesions involving scope:calyx and renal parenchyma in 3 cases,2 cases involved ureter; 1 cases with renal vein tumor thrombus,1 cases of retroperitoneal lymph node enlargement. MPR reconstruction showed: density of pelvic cavity soft tissue mass was slightly lower than renal parenchyma but higherthan urine,pelvic wall irregular thickening and luminal stenosis. VR showed renal pelvis,calyces destruction and filling defect. Conclusions Spiral CT,especially enhanced CT urography reconstruction has significant effect in the examination of renal pelviscarcinoma.更多还原
