【摘要】 目的对蚌埠医学院学生教学信息员制度实施情况进行总结,并针对存在的问题提出相应的改进措施。方法科学、严谨聘任并培训学生信息员;强化并落实学生信息员制度的宣传;确保学生教学信息员制度运行机制和激励机制;实行信息反馈手段现代化。结果通过学生信息员制度的实施,创建师生有效沟通的平台,收集更多信息,为教学质量监控提供保障;健全了教学质量监控体系,优化了教学体系,使教学质量和教学管理水准都得到了有效提升。结论学生教学信息员制度在实施过程中要结合学校实际,多实践并总结经验和教训,有效解决问题,使制度更加完善,取得更大成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the implementation condition of teaching information member system in Bengbu Medical College,to put forward some corresponding improving measures for the existing problems. Methods To strictly conduct the appointment and the training for teaching information members and enhance the propaganda of teaching information member system,to guarantee the operating mechanism and motivation mechanism of teaching information member system and to implement the modernized means for information feedback. Results The teacher-student communication platform was constructed through teaching information members system,which provided more comprehensive information for the teaching quality monitoring,the teaching quality monitoring system was improved,and the teaching management level was increased. Besides,this system motivated the teaching reform and optimized the teaching system. Conclusions The implementation of teaching information member system should be based on the actual condition of our college,we should sump up experience in practice and solve existing problems timely in order to adjust it in reason and make it perfect.更多还原
