【摘要】 目的调查老年原发性肝癌(PLC)患者自我感受负担(SPB)状况,分析相关的影响因素。方法运用自编患者一般资料问卷、中文版自我感受负担量表对70例老年PLC患者进行调查分析。结果患者SPB得分为(30.16±6.41)分,处于中度负担水平,82.86%的患者存在不同程度的SPB。多元逐步回归分析显示:是否知情、家庭经济状况、生活自理能力、照顾者健康状况是SPB的影响因素。结论受多种个体因素差异的影响,大部分老年PLC患者存在明显的SPB,我们应采取相应的护理措施减轻其SPB。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of self-perceived burden( SPB) in elderly patients with primary liver cancer( PLC). Methods Totally 70 elderly patients with PLC were investigated by a self-designed demographic questionnaire and the Chinese version of Self-perceived Burden Scale( SPBS). Results The total score of SPBS was( 30. 16 ± 6. 41),which was in a middle level,and 82. 86% of the patients showed different level of burden. Multiple stepwise regression showed the influencing factors of SPB were understand the disease or not, family economic status, self-care ability and caregiver health status.Conclusions Most elderly patients with PLC have obvious SPB,which is influenced by multiple individual factors. We should take the proper measures to alleviate their SPB.更多还原
