【摘要】 目的总结彩色多普勒超声在产前胎盘植入诊断中的声像图特点,探讨彩超产前诊断胎盘植入的价值。方法通过回顾性分析经病理或产后证实的34例胎盘植入患者超声诊断过程,分析超声诊断胎盘植入的声像学特点,比较超声诊断的符合率。结果本组34例患者均经术后病理或产后临床证实,超声诊断确诊21例,诊断符合率为61.76%。其中:超声发现完全植入性胎盘14例,诊断符合率为78.57%;粘连性胎盘18例,诊断符合率为50.00%;穿透性胎盘2例,诊断符合率50.00%。结论在完全植入性胎盘诊断中超声符合率较高,值得临床推广。但是在粘连性胎盘和穿透性胎盘的诊断中,超声符合率较低。对于疑似粘连性胎盘和穿透性胎盘,还必须结合其他诊断手段予以确诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the color Doppler ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of placenta accreta sonographic features,explore the prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of placenta accreta value. Methods A retrospective analysis was implanted by pathology or postpartum patients confirmed 34 cases of placental ultrasound diagnostic process,analyze ultrasound diagnosis of placenta accreta ultrasonographic features relatively consistent rate of ultrasound diagnosis. Results 34 patients were confirmed by pathology or postpartum clinically proven ultrasound diagnosis confirmed 21 cases,diagnosis was 61. 76%. Among them: Ultrasound found 14 cases of placenta accreta complete diagnosis rate was 78. 57%; adhesive placenta 18 cases,diagnosis was 50. 00%;penetrating placenta two cases,diagnosis rate of 50. 00%. Conclusions In the diagnosis of placenta accreta complete ultrasound higher compliance rate,worthy of promotion. But in the diagnosis of placenta adhesion and penetration placenta,the ultrasound consistent with lower rates.
