【摘要】 就业是影响寒门能否出贵子的重要环节,本文通过考查人力资本对大学生就业质量的作用机理加以验证。经验研究表明,人力资本有正面影响,与社会资本是替代关系,这说明寒门大学生可凭借个人努力获得较高的就业质量从而有较好的职业发展;但相对影响力为负,表明他们即使拥有更多的人力资本,相对于有社会资本的大学生仍处于劣势地位,证实了"寒门难以出贵子";影响力和相对影响力呈下降趋势,表明这种现象还在强化,会打击人力资本投资并可能导致社会阶层的固化。据此,政府应建立人力资本导向的就业机制,优化成才环境;寒门子弟更要自强不息,增强综合素质并调整就业行为,提高就业质量,为未来的职业发展打下更坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Employment is an important process to decide whether poor family could cultivate outstanding children.By examining mechanism of the effect of human capital on college students’ employment quality,this paper tries to verify this phenomenon.According to empirical research,human capital has positive influence,it has substitution relationship with social capital,proving that college students from poor families could obtain higher employment quality by personal efforts and hence have better career development;but the relative influence is negative,indicating that even though having more human capital,they are still in disadvantaged status compared to college students who own social capital,confirming that ’ it is difficult for poor family to cultivate outstanding children’;the influence and relative influence have decreasing trend,showing that this kind of phenomenon is still strengthening,and it will strike investment in human capital and might lead to stability of social stratum.Based on these findings,the government should establish human employment mechanism oriented towards human capital,optimize environment of cultivating talent;meanwhile college students from poor families should strengthen themselves without stopping,strengthen their comprehensive quality and adjust employment behavior,improve employment quality,so they could lay a more solid foundation for future career development.更多还原
