【摘要】 新中国成立前后上海市的青年职工业余教育从以政治教育为主转变为速成识字法的扫盲运动为主,运动中产生的问题使得中央不得不进行整顿。这些问题主要有:盲目冒进,多头领导;师资力量与学习时间无法保证;对工人的切实需求不够了解。总结扫盲识字运动的经验教训对于当今的职工教育具有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The young workers’ part- time education in Shanghai at the Beginning of the Founding of PRC shifted its focus from political education to eliminating illiteracy. The central government had to carry out rectification because of the problems arising in the central movement. Those problems mainly include the following: rash advance,multiple leadership,teachers’ qualities,the learning time being not guaranteed,and failure to understandand the practical demands of workers. Summing up the experience of the literacy campaign has reference significance for today’s workers’ education.更多还原
