【摘要】 目的探讨泛素样小分子修饰因子-1(small ubiquitin-like modifier-1,SUMO-1)蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集2010-01-01-2012-09-30在中山大学附属第五医院手术切除或结肠镜下切除的标本,其中63例结直肠癌组织,47例结直肠腺瘤组织,10例正常结直肠黏膜或炎症组织。采用免疫组织化学SP法检测各组织中SUMO-1蛋白的表达情况。分析SUMO-1蛋白与结直肠癌患者不同临床病理因素之间的关系。应用SPSS 13.0进行统计学分析,计数资料比较用χ2检验和χ2检验连续性校正法,等级资料比较用秩和检验。结果 SUMO-1蛋白在结直肠癌组织的阳性表达率为95.2%(60/63),结直肠腺瘤组织为21.3%(10/47),正常结直肠黏膜或炎症组织中为10.0%(1/10)。其在结直肠癌组织与结直肠腺瘤组织的表达差异有统计学意义,χ2=63.633,P<0.001;在结直肠癌组织与正常结直肠黏膜或炎症组织中的表达差异有统计学意义,χ2=39.653,P<0.001;在结直肠腺瘤组织与正常结直肠黏膜或炎症组织中的表达差异无统计学意义,χ2=0.144,P=0.704。SUMO-1蛋白的表达与患者的性别、远处转移、TNM分期、浸润深度和组织学分级明显相关,P值均<0.05。但与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、大体类型和淋巴结转移无关,P值均>0.05。结论 SUMO-1蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达明显增高。SUMO-1蛋白的表达与癌组织的浸润深度、TNM分期和远处转移相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of small ubiquitin-like modifier-1(SUMO-1)in colorectal carcinoma.METHODS Specimens used for this study were composed of 63 colorectal carcinoma tissues,47 colorectal adenoma tissues,and 10 colorectal normal mucosa or inflammatory tissues.All of these tissues were resected surgically or endoscopically at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from 2010-01-01to2012-09-30.We examined the expressions of SUMO-1in different colorectal tissues by immunohistochemistry(SP method).The relationship between the expressions of SUMO-1and various clinicopathological features was investigated.The results were analyzed with SPSS 13.0.Categorical data were contrasted withχ2 test,andχ2 test correction for continuity.Ranked data were contrasted with rank sum test.RESULTS The positive expression rates of SUMO-1in colorectal carcinoma tissue,colorectal adenoma and colorectal normal mucosa or inflammatory tissue were 95.2%(60/63),21.3%(10/47),10.0%(1/10),and there was statistical significant between colorectal carcinoma tissues and colorectal adenoma tissues(χ2=63.633,P<0.001),and had statistical significance between colorectal carcinoma tissues and colorectal normal mucosa or inflammatory tissues(χ2=39.653,P<0.001),but no statistical significance between colorectal adenoma tissues and colorectal normal mucosa or inflammatory tissues(χ2=0.144,P=0.704).Expressions of SUMO-1showed significantly association with gender,distant metastasis,TNM staging,depth of penetration and histological grade(P<0.05).Expressions of SUMO-1showed no association with age of patient,tumor size,pathological type or lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).CONCLUISONS SUMO-1is highly expressed in colorectal carcinoma tissues.The expressions of SUMO-1show association with depth of penetration,TNM staging and distant metastasis.更多还原
