SSR工况下600MW机组轴系扭矩响应分析
Analysis on Torque Response of 600MW Steam-turbine Shafting at Subsynchronous Resonance
【摘要】 电力系统发生次同步谐振(subsynchronous resonance,SSR)会严重威胁汽轮发电机组轴系的安全。以IEEE第一标准模型为基础,首先在暂态时域仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了某型600MW汽轮发电机组SSR仿真模型,得到了工作频率下机组发生SSR时发电机的电磁转矩响应;其次,利用Ansys软件对轴系的扭振进行模拟,得到机组在SSR时轴颈部分的扭矩响应;最后,详细分析了SSR工况下轴系各部分的受力情况。
【Abstract】 It’s a threat to the shafting safety of a steam turbo-generator when power system occurs subsynchronous resonance( SSR). Refering to the IEEE first benchmark model and a certain 600 MW unit’s parameters,the paper builds up simulation modal and shafting modal in PSCAD / EMTDC and Ansys separately. By simulating the SSR,the paper gets the response of generator electromagnetic torque and shafting journals torque. At last,the paper calculates the shafting stress distribution.
