MSR局部结构的流固耦合有限元分析

【摘要】 基于汽水分离再热器(MSR)局部减薄失效问题,采用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件建立流固耦合有限元模型,研究工况中MSR的流体流场和壳体应力分布,探讨补焊对MSR局部结构的影响。模拟结果显示,补焊前的残余应力分布情况与实际减薄情况相符;补焊后MSR局部结构的残余应力分布更加均匀。

【Abstract】 The effect of local structural changes of Moisture Separator Reheater on stress distribution was studied by using the numerical simulation. The finite element models was established based on the commercial software ANSYS Workbench.Considering the fluid-solid coupling,the fluid velocity and pressure distribution of flow field and residual stress distribution of case was analyzed. The results demonstrated that residual stress distributed more evenly after local structure changes;before structural changes,the residual stress distribution is consistent with the actual situation of thickness changes.
