考虑水流影响的船桥碰撞效应分析
Analysis of Ship-Bridge Collision Effect Considering Influences of Water Flow
【摘要】 为研究流体对船桥正面碰撞动力响应的影响,运用ANSYS LS-DYNA软件,分别采用流固耦合法和附加质量法建立考虑流体影响的船桥正面碰撞计算模型,分析不同吃水深度的船体与桥墩碰撞时流场对撞击力和撞击能量的影响,比较在简化的附加质量法中,将水流模拟成不同的附加质量(0.02~0.07倍船体质量)时,撞击力和撞击能量计算的误差。分析结果表明,不同船体吃水深度对船桥碰撞的计算结果有一定的影响,特殊船型和深吃水的情况下需要考虑不同吃水深度所造成的船桥碰撞力的变化。当采用简化的附加质量法考虑水流对船桥碰撞的影响时,0.02~0.07倍船体质量的附加质量参数选取并不能涵盖船舶在不同吃水深度下的流场耦合效应,在船舶深吃水的情况下有接近10%的误差。
【Abstract】 To study the influences of the fluid on the dynamic responses of the ship-bridge head-on collision,the calculation models for the head-on collision considering the influences of the fluid were set up respectively by the fluid-solid coupling method and added mass method,using the software ANSYS LS-DYNA.The influences of the fluid fields when the ship of different draught depth collided against the bridge pier on the collision forces and collision energy were analyzed and the calculation errors of the collision forces and collision energy on condition that the water flow was simulated into the different added mass(0.02~0.07 times of the ship mass)in the simplified added mass method were compared.The results of the analysis demonstrate that the ship of the different draught depth has certain influences on the calculations of the ship-bridge collision.When the ship type is special and the draught of the ship is deep,the changes of the ship-bridge collision forces caused by the different draught depth should be considered.When the simplified added mass method is used to consider the influences of the water flow on the ship-bridge collision,the selected added mass parameters of 0.02~0.07 times of the ship mass can not cover the fluid field coupling effect of the ship of the different draught depth and in the situation that the draught of the ship is deep,there exists about 10% of the errors.
