【摘要】 目的:探讨个体化心理干预在复发性流产(RSA)继发不孕症患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将139例RSA继发不孕症患者随机分为对照组69例和观察组70例,对照组采取传统护理模式,观察组在此基础上给予个体化心理干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组护理满意度、再次妊娠率、疾病认知度高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于干预前和对照组(P<0.01)。结论:个体化心理干预可以提高RSA继发不孕症患者的护理理满意度、再次妊娠率、疾病认知度,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the method of applying the individualized psychological intervention and investigate its effect in the treatment of patients with unexplained secondary infertility after recurrent spontaneous abortion( RSA). Methods: 139 patients with unexplained secondary infertility after RSA were randomly divided into the control group( n = 69) and the observation group( n = 70). The conventional nursing model was used in the control group and the individualized psychological intervention was additionally adopted in the observation group,the effect of the intervention was compared between the two groups. Results: The nursing satisfaction,pregnancy rate and awareness of the disease of the patients in the observation group were higher and better than those in the control group( P < 0. 01); the scores of SAS and SDS were lower after the intervention than those before the intervention in the observation group and the scores were lower in the observation group than the control group after the intervention( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The individualized psychological intervention can improve the patient’s satisfaction,pregnancy rate and awareness of the disease and can relieve anxiety and depression of the patients in the treatment of unexplained secondary infertility after RSA.更多还原
