【摘要】 目的:探讨聊城市产妇产后抑郁状况及影响因素。方法:采用一般调查表、爱丁堡抑郁自测量表、汉姆顿抑郁量表、艾森克个性问卷及社会支持评定量表,对聊城市人民医院、第二人民医院和妇幼保健院三所医院的1 000例产妇进行产后抑郁状况调查,并分析相关影响因素。结果:聊城市产妇产后抑郁症发生率为11.8%(118/1 000);影响产后抑郁的主要因素是居住条件、新生儿性别、社会支持及参加孕妇学校次数。结论:聊城市产妇产后抑郁受生理及心理因素的影响,发病率处于较高水平;有效控制影响产妇产后抑郁的因素,开展多种形式的健康教育,创造和谐的居住环境,能降低产后抑郁症的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the current situation of postpartum depression of puerperae in Liaocheng city and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: The general questionnaire,Edinburgh Depression self-rating scale,Hamilton Depression Scale,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and social support rating scale were used to investigate the status of postpartum depression of 1 000 puerperae in the three hospitals of Liaocheng People’s Hospital,the Second People’s Hospital and the municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital and the related factors were analyzed. Results: The incidence of postpartum depression was 11. 8%( 118 /1 000) in Liaocheng city,the main factors affecting the postpartum depression were living conditions,gender of infants,social support and frequency of attending the lectures of pregnant women’s school. Conclusion: The incidence of postpartum depression of puerperae in Liaocheng city is influenced by physiological and psychological factors and it is in higher level. The diversified health education and harmonious living environment can reduce the incidence of postpartum depression.更多还原
