【摘要】 目的:探讨家庭随访在脑出血术后肢体功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:采用方便取样法,将2013年9月~2014年3月出院的60例脑出血术后肢体功能障碍患者设为观察组,实施家庭随访指导;将2013年1~8月出院的60例患者设为对照组,实施常规护理指导。评价两组日常生活活动能力、治疗依从性及心理状况。结果:观察组日常生活活动能力评分、治疗依从例数及心理状况评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施家庭随访能明显提高患者日常生活活动能力和治疗依从性,改善患者心理状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the application effect of home follow- up for patients with postoperative limb dysfunction resulting from cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 60 discharged patients with postoperative limb dysfunction resulting from cerebral hemorrhage( from September 2013 to March 2014) were taken as the observation group and other 60 discharged patients with the same disease( from January to August 2013) were taken as the control group. The home follow- up guidance was adopted in the observation group and the conventional nursing instruction was implemented in the control group. The activities of daily living( ADL),treatment compliance and mental status of the patients were evaluated in the two groups. Results: The scores of ADL,treatment compliance and mental status of the patients were higher in the observation group than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Implementation of home follow- up can significantly improve the ADL and treatment compliance of the patients and improve their psychological status as well.更多还原
