【摘要】 目的:调查独生子女精神病患者家属的心理健康状况,分析应激有关因素与独生子女精神病患者家属心理健康的相关性及作用。方法:采用方便取样对58例独生子女精神病患者家属及145例非独生子女精神病患者家属进行问卷调查,包括90项症状自评量表、特质应对问卷、领悟社会支持问卷、艾森克人格问卷、总体幸福感问卷、功能失调性态度问卷。结果:独生子女精神病患者家属SCL-90各因子分均高于常模(P<0.05);除恐怖因子外,独生子女精神病患者SCL-90得分高于非独生子女精神病患者(P<0.05)。精神质、神经质及功能失调性态度与独生子女精神病患者家属SCL-90总分呈正相关(P<0.05);积极应对、家庭内社会支持及总体幸福感与SCL-90总分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:独生子女精神病患者家属存在较非独生子女及正常人群更严重的心理健康问题,神经质、认知、应对、家庭支持、内向-外向及幸福感对独生子女精神病患者家属的心理健康起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the mental health status of family members of the only child with mental disease and analyze the correlation between the stress-related factors and mental health of the family members. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 58 family members of the only child with mental disease and 145 family members of non-only-child with mental disease,the survey was involved in 90 items,including symptom checklist 90,trait coping style questionnaire,perceived social support scale,Eysenck personality questionnaire,general well-being questionnaire and dysfunctional attitude scale. Results: The score of each factor of SCL-90 in family members with the only child was higher than the norm( P < 0. 05); the score of SCL-90 was higher in the only child with mental disease than that in the non-only-child with mental disease except the factor of phobia( P < 0. 05); psychoticism,neuroticism and dysfunctional attitude were positively correlated with the total score of SCL-90 of the families members with the only child( P < 0. 05); the active coping skills,social support and overall sense of well-being within the family was negatively correlated with the total score of SCL-90( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The family members of the only child with mental disease have more serious mental health problems. Neuroticism,cognition,coping skills,family support,introversion-extroversion and sense of well-being are the important factors to influence the mental health of family members of the only child with mental disease.更多还原
