【摘要】 目的探讨疏血通注射液与急性左心衰竭的相关性。方法收集海南医学院附属医院4例使用疏血通注射液发生急性左心衰竭的患者,分析患者的发病特点、用药关联性及作用机制。结果 4例患者均为年龄>65岁老年人,基础疾病复杂,用药后第1~11天发病,停药及急救处理后较前好转。结论疏血通注射液与急性左心衰竭可能相关。推测其发生机制可能与过敏反应有关。急性左心衰竭有可能是药物过敏反应病情恶化新的临床表现形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between Shuxuetong injection and acute left heart failure. Methods A total of four patients who had acute left heart failure after Shuxuetong injection treatment in Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University,were selected as study subjects. The clinical characteristics,association between drug and disease,and mechanism of drug action were analyzed. Results The four patients were older than 65, and had complex basic diseases. After receiving Shuxuetong injection treatment for 1- 11 days,the onset of acute left heart failure was observed,the cases got better after the drug was stopped and emergency treatment. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection may correlate to acute left heart failure. The mechanism may relate to the allergic reaction. Acute left heart failure may be the new clinical manifestation by deterioration of drug allergy.更多还原
