【摘要】 目的了解扶正化瘀胶囊联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎(乙肝)的临床疗效,并探讨其相应机制。方法选取2011年4月—2013年2月在湖州市中心医院住院治疗且符合本研究纳入及排除标准的乙肝患者134例,按随机分组原则,将其分为对照组和试验组各67例。对照组采用阿德福韦酯治疗,试验组采用扶正化瘀胶囊联合阿德福韦酯治疗,均连续治疗1年,比较2组患者的各项临床指标。结果治疗前,2组患者CD40、CD11C、CD86、HBV-DNA、HBV-DNA阴性(DNA-)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)及树突状细胞(DCs)刺激活性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者CD40、CD11C、CD86、HBV-DNA、DNA-、IFN-γ及DCs刺激活性与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的CD40、CD11C、CD86、HBV-DNA、DNA-、IFN-γ比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DCs刺激活性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论扶正化瘀胶囊联合阿德福韦酯可以较好地改善乙肝患者的DCs功能,临床治疗效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Fuzheng Huayu capsule combined with adefovir dipivoxil on patients with chronic hepatitis B( CHB), and to investigate the corresponding mechanism of the regimen. Methods We recruited patients with CHB who were admitted into Huzhou Central Hospital from April,2011 to February,2013 and accorded with inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. The patients were randomly assigned into control group( n = 67) and trial group( n = 67). The control group received treatment with adefovir dipivoxil and the trial group received treatment with both Fuzheng Huayu capsule and adefovir dipivoxil; treatment of both groups lasted for one year continuously. Clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, the two groups were not significantly different in CD40,CD11 C,CD86,HBV- DNA,DNA-,IFN- γ and DCs stimulated activity( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the two groups were significantly different in CD40,CD11 C,CD86,HBV- DNA,DNA-,IFN- γ and DCs stimulated activity( P < 0. 05).
