【摘要】 目的分析患者拔牙的心理状况以及临床护理干预的应用效果。方法选取2014年9月~2015年3月我院收治的拔牙患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规方式进行护理;观察组给予针对性的干预措施进行护理。比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑与抑郁的心理情况以及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者焦虑与抑郁评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,患者的焦虑与抑郁评分较护理前均有所改善,且观察组评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者拔牙的心理状态各不相同,采用针对性的护理干预措施效果显著,值得应用与推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the analysis of the psychological status of tooth extraction in different population, and the application of clinical nursing intervention effect. Methods The extraction in September 2014 to March 2015 from 60 patients with tooth extraction, divided into two groups. 30 cases as control group, the conventional approach to care; 30 cases as the observation group, according to the different people give pertinent to nursing interventions. Statistical comparison of two groups of patients in nursing before and after psychological situation of anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction. Results Before treatment, two groups of patients with anxiety and depression score comparison difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05); After care, the patient’s anxiety and depression scores are improved compared with before treatment, lower than the control group and observation group, difference has statistical significance(P<0.05); For nursing work satisfaction, observation group was obviously higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological status of tooth extraction in different population each are not identical, use targeted nursing intervention measures effect is significant, worthy of application and promotion.更多还原
